Ladies' Academy 2

In the early 1810s, many young women attended Ladies’ Academies to continue their formal education. Based on these historic Ladies’ Academies, our workshop is open to youth ages 10-14.  A parent or guardian may also participate with a ticket purchase. Advanced registration is recommended as space is limited. Tickets are $15.  Staff and interpreters will lead activities taught at these historic academies, including hearth baking, hand sewing, and a historic craft.

Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear good walking shoes for uneven terrain.
