Pets & Alcohol are not permitted on Jackson County Beaches or in parking areas.

BEACH HOURS 

Note: Beaches will close during inclement weather or when temperatures are forecasted below 70 degrees for the day. 

  • Weekdays (M-F): 1-7 pm
  • Weekends & Holidays: 11 am - 7 pm
  • Weekends only: 2nd week of August thru Labor Day

ADMISSION FEES

     Single Day Admissions

  • Adults (16 and Older): $9
  • Children (3-15): $7
  • Seniors 65+: $7
  • Children 2 and Under: Free

     Season Passes

  • Family Pass: $115 - Family of Four + $30 for each additional family member
  • Junior Family Pass (2 people): $95
  • Single Pass: $75

     Group Rates

  • Special group rates may apply. $1 off per person is available for groups of 20 or more.  This discount is only available with 48 hours notice.

SHELTER RENTAL - Longview Beach 
Prices are for full-day rental. Beach admission fees are not included.

  • Weekdays: Monday thru Thursday: $75; Fridays $100
  • Weekends & Holidays: $150

RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. For your safety, all guests must abide by the rules.
  2. No glass of any kind is permitted in the beach area.
  3. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the beach or parking area.
  4. Smoking is not permitted in the sand beach area.
  5. Swimming is allowed in the designated areas only.
  6.  No littering – Please use trash receptacles.
  7. Play on the ropes in the water is not permitted.
  8. No animals in the beach area or left in vehicles.
  9. There are no refunds or rain checks.
  10. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  11. No roughhousing or inappropriate language.
  12. Cooking is not allowed within 20 yards of the beach house. Grills are not permitted in beach area.
  13. Those who do not follow the rules will be asked to leave the beach area with no refund.
