Boat Rentals
RESERVE A BOAT
- Pontoon Boats: Available April 15 - October 15 (weather permitting) at all three marinas.
- Jon Boats &Tracker Fishing Boat: Available April 15 - October 15 (weather permitting) at Lake Jacomo Marina.
- Kayaks & Pedal Boats: Available at Lake Jacomo Marina on a first-come, first-served basis only, from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day (weather permitting).
- Pedal Boats Only: Available at Longview Marina all season!
Rentals are due back one hour before closing.
Marinas & Marina Stores
If you are short on gear, gas or grub, one of our marinas has ample supplies to fuel your fun-filled day on the lake!
Dock, Mooring & Dry Storage
Jackson County Parks + Rec offers more than 950 dock, mooring and dry storage spaces at eight facilities throughout the county for seasonal use. Please contact the Reservation Office at 816-503-4800 for information about fees and space availability.
- Mooring facility: Located in Fleming Park.
- Dry storage (boats & trailers): Available at Fleming Park and Longview Lake Park.
- Trailer-only storage: Available in Fleming Park, near Blue Springs Lake auxiliary ramp.
Permits & Reservations
Boat & Motor Permits are required for the use of all Jackson County lakes and waterways by any type of watercraft. Jackson County waterways include Blue Springs Lake, Lake Jacomo, Longview Lake, and Prairie Lee Lake.
