About the Hall

This multi-use facility is located in Fleming Park on Woods Chapel Road and is available for year-round rental. The large meeting area (capacity of 75 people) with full utility kitchen and backyard area with picnic tables and grill, make this hall perfect for organizational meetings and family gatherings.

Rental fees are as follows:

9am-3pm:   $225 + $150 refundable cleaning/damage deposit

5pm-10pm: $225 + $150 refundable cleaning/damage deposit

All day:        $300 + $150 refundable cleaning/damage deposit

Holidays:    $325 + $150 refundable cleaning/damage deposit
(Full Day Only)

Fees include: 75 chairs and ten 8' tables.

New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve

Note: Facility is available for rental from 9 a.m. - 10 p.m. An additional $150 deposit is required for any events in which alcoholic beverages will be served.
