Birds at Fort Osage

Eagles, hummingbirds, songbirds and pelicans... oh my!  All of these and more can be seen from the Historic Fort and Education Center.  Learn all about our native birds from Paige Witek, Education Coordinator for the Missouri River Bird Observatory in Arrow Rock, Missouri, who will lead walking tours and presentations.  Paige is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with interest in birds, conservation, and education, making her the perfect guide for bird lovers of all ages.   Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
