8th Annual Trip the Light Fantastic

Christmas Lights!  Your magical 4.5 mile bike ride up to, and through, the hundreds of lighted, animated displays at Jackson County's Christmas in the Park begins at the Frank White, Jr., Sports Complex, continues along County Park Road and through Christmas in the Park.  For the safety of all, there will not be a pre-gathering area or announcements before the event. Park in the Lee's Summit Community Center parking lot, 3801 SW Longview Road and follow signs to make your way onto the course. 

Please note the road to the Park is dark and hilly, and may not be suitable for children under the age of 10.  Parental discretion is advised.  Ride at your own risk. 

• 6 pm - Adult Cyclists ride at 6 pm. 
• 6:30 pm - Families with children ride

LIGHTS AND HELMETS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL CYCLISTS!  

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

• Permitted Bikes: 
  Participants must ride a 2 or 3 wheeled bicycle to participate.
  Class 1 or Class 3 type E-Bikes are also permitted. 

• Not Permitted:  
  Throttled Bicycles 
  Hover Boards 
  Motorized Scooters
