Pets & Alcohol are not permitted on Jackson County Beaches or in parking areas.

BEACH HOURS 

Note: Beaches will close during inclement weather or when temperatures are forecasted below 70 degrees for the day. 

  • Weekdays (M-F): 1-7 pm
  • Weekends & Holidays: 11 am - 7 pm
  • Weekends only: 2nd week of August thru Labor Day

ADMISSION FEES

Single Day Admissions
Adults (16 and Older): $9
Children (3-15): $7
Seniors 65+: $7
Children 2 and Under: Free

Season Passes
Family Pass: $150 - Family of Four + $30 for each additional family member
Single Pass: $75

Group Rates
Special group rates may apply. $1 off per person is available for groups of 20 or more.  This discount is only available with 48 hours notice.

SHELTER RENTAL - Longview Beach 
Prices are for full-day rental. Beach admission fees are not included.

  • Weekdays: Monday thru Thursday: $75; Fridays $100
  • Weekends & Holidays: $150

RULES & REGULATIONS

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, all visitors must follow these rules:

  • Glass containers of any kind are prohibited in the beach area.
  • Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the beach or parking areas. 
  • Smoking is not permitted on the sand beach.
  • Swimming is allowed in the designated areas only.
  • No littering – please use provided trash receptacles.
  • Playing on water ropes is not permitted.
  • Animals are not allowed in the beach area or left unattended in vehicles.
  • No refunds or rain checks will be issued.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • Roughhousing and inappropriate language are prohibited. 
  • Cooking is not allowed within 20 yards of the beach house. 
  •  Grills are not permitted in beach area. 

Guests who do not follow these rules will be required to leave the beach area without a refund.
